Temporary admins

i will, again temporarily, make the mods admins. now that doesn't mean you will get to do all the things i can...

temporary admin rules,

1. the temporary admins cannot post in the "admin announcements" section...that is purely for me.

2. the temporary admins cannot add new forums/categories

3. the temporary admins do not have the authority to make any member a mod

4. anything else i can't think of at the moment but would still be bad...

^if any of the temp admins break any of those rules, they will lose both admin-ness and mod-ness (i haven't decided on if its permanent or not)

so in just a minute those green names should turn red...
