Hair, appearance (skin, eye...etc), and pet stats are permanent
items are for appearance cover up...so if you really luck gay, you can look alot betters in NX cash. Most items are 90 days (3 months...not bad). ...I rarely buy NX now, so I'm selling my stuff in the Trade button on the bottom. That ways I get desperate people to pay NX for Items I don't need.
