Fenrir lifts Zak and half drags half carries him around

Fenrir-...Now we wait for Darc or someone to open a portal.

the giant monster that had been attached to Triton grabs ahold of Darc's staff and absorbs it. It was going to absorb Darc too but he woke and moved. He looked around and saw Triton

Darc-Your gonna have to fight him! I don't have any powers

Meanwhile the thing hunting Nat picks up speed, while maintaining stealth

"sure this will be a piece of cake"Triton takes out his(really awesome freaking cool sword that u can see below) and unfolds his wings black as night"i wont even have to touch him with this sword"puts the sword down and and clamps his hands 2gether then touches the ground,giant cracks start coming from the ground then a giant earth spike stabs through the monster

Darc-OH PLEASE SAY THAT DIDN"T BREAK THE STAFF!

Nat goes on pacing,getting more agitated by the second

then,a thought crosses her mind and she freezes

so far,she tried tracing Fenrir and Zak with scent
what if she traced them with something else?

her hand flies to a necklace and she twists and turns the charm on it in her cold hands
it was the same red gem she used to heal Fenrir before

she pressed her lips together as she remembered the day she got it
the day she turned,along with her mother

she closes her eyes and the faint memory flashes behind her lids

she remembered little
she remembered her mother crying over the magled corpse that was Nat's father
she remembered her brother's peaceul,yet pained,face
she remembered Demeter saving her and her mother from the same fate that met her father and brother,changing them himself,as he was the old Queen's asassin,as Nat is now
what she remembered most were the wolves

there were around 5 of them,big and threatning
most of them were black,some brown,and she faintly remembered one being white,but she couldnt be sure
she remebered how they closed in on her after they killed her father and brother,her mother somewhere else at the moment
the face of the Alpha still haunted her

she opened her eyes and pressed her fingers to the soul gem,which Demeter granted her to use for any dying person she wished
she chose her brother,whos soul(or at least part of it)she used to heal Fenrir,an Alpha himself

she took a deep breath and tore off the necklace
she then put the gem up to her mouth and blew on it

it glowed a blood red and seemed to smoke slightly
suddenly,she felt a small tingle in her fingers and head

she smiled as she felt a tug on that tingle
as it lead her somewhere

she started following it,her pursuer not far from her now

Darc looks around and finds the remains of his staff

Cards? like playing cards? *Creates a shadow deck* "don't worry, i'm not trying to cheat"

Nat goes on following the tingle

she then feels,in her mind,another presance
she freezes and feels around it

it feels slightly cold and empty,but somehow strangly familiar

she grits her teeth and walks on,blocking the presance halfway...

Fenrir and Zak play poker, BS, speed, rummy, and all sorts of card games.

Darc takes his ruined staff to a blacksmith and starts to pound different ores into the cracks.

"just another day before Fenrir comes home."

Nat goes on following the tingle,with strangly becomes dull
bored

Nat sighs and walks on,also getting bored
suddenly,something touched her sholder

she spun on her heel and sank her palm into the stomach of the person

the person groaned,sank to his knees,and the light caught his face

it was Demeter

Nat sighed in relief "u scared me!"

"shhhh!" he waved his arms a little as he stood
he rubbed his stomach "man,u have a good arm"

Nat grimaces and whispers "what r u doing here? and HOW are u here?"

Demeter stood straight and answered in a whisper "i followed u and Fenrir to the portal that dark dude opened"
Demeter chuckled and said "u should really have closed that thing,or at least blocked it"

Nat scowled as she remembered the presance in her mind
Demeter can read minds and,unlike humans,werewolves,and other undead,vampires could hear when he is in their minds
only our coven knows its him though...any other vampire could panic and hurt themselves to get him out

she sighed again and asked "does anyone else know ur here?"

Demeter shook his head "Diana knows,but she had sworn to keep it to herself"

Nat pursed her lips then smiled
if Demeter helped her get Zak and Fenrir and get us all out.....

she asked hurridly "can u feel them?"

Demeter closed his eyes and stood still
after a few minutes he said "yes i can..their in another part of the demon world...it would take another portal to get to them"

Nat scowled again "great"
then,she shrugged "when we get to that part,we'll figure something out"

Demeter suddenly chuckled

Nat asked "what?"

he chuckled again and said "its funny how they pass the time
their playing cards"

Nat took that in for a moment,then rolled her eyes "boys..."

Demeter smiled,opened his eyes,and geasured at Nat to go ahead of him
Nat grimaced as they both continued

Fenrir was wrong and picks up the cards.

Darc finishes

"YIPEE!...wait, whats with this, its heavier...and...*tries to open a portal*its a lot harder."

I'd say i read enough, butI haven't read the whole thing. Just tell me what currently is happening that's important. Anyway:

"Master?"

Der'zuh projects out to Fenrir.

"You have not yet given me my monthly update on the activities of our pack. And, I sence some stress in you... Do you need my help?"

Der'zuh draws his giant blade and licks some of the blood on it(There's always blood on it) in anticipation of a fight.

"I am always ready for a fight..."

He is saying this into Fenrir's mind.

Fenrir jumps slightly

"Der'zuh...go find Darc...and ask him why he hasn't opened a portal yet. Zak and I are stuck in teh demon realm playing cards. Also, Ripblood is dead, so when I get out we will alert the clan"

Nat and Demeter walk on,Demeter following Fenrir and Zak's thoughts and Nat following the tingle in her palms,which gets wierdly stronger

after a few minutes,Demeter freezes

Nat frowns at him and asks "u alright"

Demeter hisses
"demons...2 of them...between the path to Darc and us"

Nat stares at him then hisses,her fangs glistening under her lips
her eyes glinted red,hungry looking

Demeter examins her expession and says slowly "this isnt about Fenrir and Zak's inprisment,is it?"

Nat scowls,jerking her head to look at the path they were traveling

Demeter grimaces then sighs
"lets go"

Nat's fangs glisten as she walks futher on,thirst making her jumpy

Darc-YOU! Hey, I have to find where we last left Fenrir and Zak, cause until I can fix my staff I only have a 10 second portal energy capable of being stored

Nat starts to seeth
Demeter consentrates hard,grinning or wincing in addition to Zak,Darc,and Fenrir's thoughts

suddenly,2 human-looking demons walk toward them

Nat was about to spring till Demeter put his hand on her sholder,restraining

one of the demons spoke first
"this is ur one and only warning,vampire
leave now or pay the price"

Nat grits her teeth
"im not leaving till i get what i came for"

the other demon asks "wat is it u seek?"

Nat hisses "my friends"

the demons look at each other then at Nat
one of them asks "are u referring to the portal opener,the werewolf,and the vampire hybrid?"

Nat's thurst grows stronger at that,making her unable to speak
Demeter answers for her "yes,that is whom we are referring to"

the demons hesitate
then,one of them says "the portal opener broke the laws here and the hybrid killed one of our own.They cant leave without a proper bail,but the werewolf may go free"

Nat freezes in her spot,her thurst and breath caught in her throught
Demeter's eye grow huge as he and Nat realize what they are implying

they would either save Zak and Darc or get out with Fenrir...

Suddenly the shadow table was destroyed and Zak and Fenrir were captured

Fenrir-Whats going on?

Darc and Triton explore for Fenrir and Zak's presence and finally find it. Darc tries to open a portal and is immediately attacked by a demon guard and captured

the demons grin triamphic as Nat and Demeter hesitate

Demeter asks "can we get all our friends?"

one of the demons shake their heads
"no...either u bail the criminals out or leave immidiatly with the werewolf"

Nat grows skeptic
"we cant do both?"

the other demon answers "we need u to leave immidiatly,for we cannot have the demon king find out we let vampires here
if u try to do both,the king will notice"

both demons shuttered

Nat frowned,upset by the delemah
on one hand,she owes Zak and Darc for helping her all those times
on the other,she cant let anything happen to Fenrir

Demeter wore a consentrated look
probably reading the demon's minds for a loophole

Nat bit her tounge,her fang nearly going through it,as she considered the choice
then,her eyes flickered as she thought of something and she grinned

then,she squared her sholders and said "id like to see them first"

Hey is it fine with you guys if I make a new character for this to replace my other and then get into this saga with you?

The guards bring all the prisoners forward to the princess and Demeter their head's covered, and mouths made so they couldn't talk

Fenrir however could smell who was there. Natalie, and that strange cunning vampire. He had heard the demons conversations and realized they were close to the real world...where teh moonlight shone.


If he could only get a single ray of light to hit him after Zak and Darc were free. but they had said bail...money...the coins he had collected when he was young. that should be enough...and they were still in his pocket. he struggles quietly and drops the coins where he expected the demons no to see them. Then he felt something probe his mind

He waited...and hoped the thing was good. he also hoped that once Darc was free the moonlight situation would be remided

Nat pursed her lips as she listened to the demon's assasments,half thirsty,half fighting the urg to killed the demons on the spot and snatch her friends

but demons have an advantage here that she doesnt and she'll get captured too if not careful

Demeter,meanwhile,goes on probing the minds around him
one of them yells in their minds

"what the? This isn't normal...WHAT EVER IS DOING THIS, be you good, tell my friends to take the others, be you evil get the F**k out of my head"

Demeter freezes for a second,thinking its a demon
but the voice was more familiar
he closed her eyes and said into Fenrir's mind

"Fenrir?
its Demeter,one of Nat's friends and bodyguards
we,Nat and i,came to get u,Zak,and Darc out of here
can u help us?"
